Grabaseat BillBoarding Pass

• Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
• Promotion commences at  0:00 17 November 2025 and closes 23:59 23 November 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this time will be ineligible for entry. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the length or duration of the Promotional Period at any time.
• Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Participants").
• Air New Zealand Limited (the "Promoter"), its employees, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
• There is 1 main prize of return Economy class flights from New Zealand to Bali for 2 to be won during the Promotional Period. 
• The winner of the main prize will be randomly drawn from one prize pool on Monday, 24 November 2025. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone and/or email at the contact details provided on the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to Thursday 27 November 2025, then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Spot prizes will be randomly generated upon entry. Winners of spot prizes will be notified on screen and receive a confirmation email using the email address provided in their competition entry. There is a total prize pool of 30 spot prizes of $50 off your next return flight to be won during the promotional period. 

Conditions of Entry

How to Enter:

• During the "Promotional Period" Grabaseat BillBoarding Pass QR codes will be displayed on various street poster billboard placements across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Tauranga, Hamilton, Napier, New Plymouth, Nelson & Palmerston North and on TVNZ+ Ad On Pause advertisement placements. Users will need scan the QR code within the campaign BillBoarding Pass which will send them to the competition landing page.
• Eligible Participants must enter the following details on the competition landing page:
  1. first and last name;
  2. email address;
  3. mobile number;
  4. accept the Promotion Terms & Conditions; and tap the "Enter" button on the competition form.

• Limit of one entry per person per day.

Flight Prize Terms & Conditions

• Main flight prize consists of return Economy class flights for two flying Air New Zealand from any Air New Zealand serviced domestic airport to Bali.
• Flights will need to booked prior to 30 March 2026.
• Travel will need to be completed prior to 30 November 2026. Travel during NZ school and public holidays are not permitted. Seasonal restrictions may also apply.
• Travel not valid within 5 weeks of booking and are subject to flight and booking class availability.
• The winner will be responsible for all other expenses related to the prize.
• Spot prizes consist of $50 off return flight promo codes.
  • Promo code is only redeemable on Air New Zealand serviced flights booked online at Grabaseat.
  • Promo code is valid for up to 1 x passenger only on the one booking. Any other passengers will need to submit a separate booking.
  • $50 off promo code is valid on fares $50 and above per return journey and is not valid on F and N class fares.
  • Promo code must be used before: 30 Jan 2026.
  • Travel must be taken between: 17 Nov 2025-30 Jun 2026.
  • The promo code is not redeemable for cash.
  • The promo code is only valid for one use only.
• Prizes are redeemable on Air New Zealand services only.
• Once booking confirmed no changes are permitted.

• Prize travel is not eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™, Status Points or frequent flyer points under any other carrier's loyalty program.

General Prize Terms & Conditions 

• A total of 1 main flight prize and 30 spot prizes will be given away during the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the number and value of prize amounts throughout the Promotional Period. Any unclaimed flight prizes will be forfeited.
• Details provided by prize winners upon entry will be verified by the Promoter to validate they are an Eligible Participant. If a Prize Winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, prize will be forfeited.
• Prizes cannot be converted into cash and are not exchangeable or transferable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• All dates and times are in NZST.
• Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
• Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs or expenses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any prizes offered, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
